Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased, please notify us within 60 days of receipt of product so we can best decide the following course of action.

If you are a consumer buying directly from us and are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased, a money back guarantee on the cost of the product is available (excluding costs of shipping and dispatch) providing the following criteria is met:

  1. The balance of product purchased is returned to us in the original container.
  2. The return is made within 60 days of receipt of product

We will meet and exceed our obligations under the CGA - Consumer Guarantees Act. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless the product is in poor/unacceptable condition once opened. 

Gift cards cannot be returned

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped.
